NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Morgan County, Indiana will receive sealed bids for:
2025 Morgan County Local Paving Project
Scope of work: Bituminous asphalt resurfacing and related construction of approximately 11 miles of various roads in Morgan County as more fully set forth in the Contact Documents. The roads are split into different groups based on geographical location. A separate award for each group will be made based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid for each group. Projects must be completed within Morgan County by October 31st, 2025. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractors shall comply with all requirements of IC-5-16-13.

Please be advised that Holloway Engineering, on behalf of Bryant & Joni Hopwood, has made an application to the Morgan County Plan Commission for a 3-Lot Minor Plat of Parcel 55-06-05-300-006.000-004 on N. Pennington Road. This Minor Plat will be known as Pennington Trace Minor Plat. INDOT is submitting a Notice of Intent to IDEM of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with maintenance on both the north bound and south bound bridges on SR 67 over White Lick Creek, INDOT Des 2100710 and 2100711. Runoff from the project site will discharge to White Lick Creek. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to CSGP@indot.in.gov.
