NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that the Morgan County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing
on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Morgan County Administration Building
located at 180 S. Main Street, Martinsville, Indiana to consider petition RP-25-05.
This petition, submitted by Michael A. Tedrow, seeks approval to vacate 2 lots and
replat them as one lot in the Falcon Crest Subdivision. The property is commonly
referred to as 3039 and 3027 Falcon Crest Drive in Jefferson Township, Morgan
County, Indiana and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot Number 40R and Lot Number 41 in Falcon Crest Subdivision in Jefferson Township,
as per plat thereof, recorded in book 424, page 792, in the Office of the Recorder of
Morgan County, Indiana.
Interested persons desiring to present their views regarding this request will be provided
an opportunity at the above-mentioned time and place. Information regarding this
petition can be examined at the Morgan County Planning Department, 180 S. Main
Street, Suite 204, Martinsville, Indiana during regular business hours. Please be

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Martinsville Civil City, Morgan County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider Ordinance 2025-1901 Amendment to the 2025 Salary Ordinance at the Council Chambers, City Hall (59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, IN 46151) at 7:00 o’clock p.m., on the 14th of July 2025.

The formal request is available at www.mooresvilleschools.org/board/public_announcements. Proposals will be due on August 1, 2025. Proposals must be in accordance with the stated requirements. Late submissions will not be accepted. Mooresville Schools reserves the right to accept, reject, or table any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities or errors in such bids at any time without penalty.
