This is to inform you that the Morgan County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Morgan County Administration Building located at 180 S. Main Street, Martinsville, Indiana to consider petition MIP-25-15.

PLAN
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Jackson Township, Morgan County, Indiana that
the Board of the Jackson Township Trustee will meet on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at
the Morgantown Fire Department, located at 269 N. Highland Street, Morgantown, IN 46160
at 7:00pm to consider the adoption of the Township’s Capital Improvement Plan.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to comment. The Capital
Improvement Plan as adopted will be referred to the Department of Local Government
Finance (DLGF).
