Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner’s consent) of the property commonly described as the address of 350 bridge street, Mooresville, IN, 46158, and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Town of Mooresville Plan Commission, which petition requests a Zone Map Change included for te said property in order to: comply with town ordinances, meet the needs of prospective tenants, and ensure non-invasive, attractive businesses for the community’s sake.Â
This Petition, file # 25-151, will come for hearing at 6:30pm at the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 E. Harrison St., Mooresville, IN, on April 10th, 2025. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if anyone wishes to attend the public hearing on the above referenced matter ad is in need of reasonable accomodation in order to hear, present evidence, or participate in the proceedings at the public hearing on this matter, please contact the Administrator so accommodation can be made.
