Part of the South Half of Fractional Section 6, Township 13 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows:Ā
Commencing at a found iron survey nail in stone which, per county records, marks the southeast corner of the above captioned South Half; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West (assumed bearing of the south line of the South Half of Fractional Section 6), with said south line, 2522.57 feet to an iron pin with cap engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46 and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the subdivision herein described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West, with said south line, 938.07 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46” in the county road; thence in said county road for the following three (3) courses; 1) North 04 degrees 21 minutes 39 seconds East, 85.79 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46”; 2) North no degrees 03 minutes 43 seconds West, 1247.89 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46”; 3) North no degrees 08 minutes 54 seconds West, 710.89 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46”; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 35 seconds East, 352.49 feet to an iron pin with cap engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46″ which marks the northwest corner of Lot Number Four (4) in Venable Minor Plat, as per plat thereof recorded as instrument Number 200910719 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan County; thence South no degrees 08 minutes 54 seconds East, with the west line of said Venable Minor Plat, 713.43 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46” in an asphalt roadway; thence South 89 degrees 16 minutes 42 seconds East, with the south line of Venable Minor Plat and in said asphalt roadway, 577.00 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. – Firm 46”; thence South no degrees 08 minutes 54 seconds East, 1326.96 feet to the Point of Beginning.Ā
