NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Martinsville Civil City, Morgan County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider Salary Ordinance 2026-1911 at the Council Chambers, City Hall (59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, IN 46151) at 7:00 o’clock p.m., on the 26th day of January 2026.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. Â

 Public Notice of Petroleum Release, Spill or Overfill

- Local health departments are required by statute (IC 13-23-16) to inform the public of the discovery of released regulated substances at an underground storage tank site or aboveground storage tank, in the surrounding area or a spill or overfill.
- The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) was notified on December 23, 2025, of such an incident from the owner or operator of the Monroe Petroleum facility located at 410 N. Monroe St. in or near Mooresville, IN in Morgan County.
