NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that the Morgan County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Morgan County Administration Building located at 180 S. Main Street, Martinsville, Indiana to consider petition PUD-25-03.
This petition, submitted by Joe Calderon on behalf of HDC Real Estate LLC and Woodland Caribou LLC, seeks approval to rezone 158.39 acres from AG to PUD. The parcels included in the petition are generally located on the north and south sides of Keller Hill Road approximately 1/3 mile east of West Union Church Road and 1/3 mile west of Antioch Road, all within Monroe Township, Morgan County, Indiana and are more particularly described as follows:
Interested persons desiring to present their views regarding this request will be provided an opportunity at the above-mentioned time and place.
