Notice to taxpayers of
Brown Township, Morgan County, Indiana
Notice is hereby given to the Taxpayers of Brown Township, Morgan County, that said Township Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 5:00p.m., at the Trustee Office located at 471 N. Samuel Moore Parkway, Mooresville, Indiana.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and consider incurring debt for the purchase of a new Ambulance Chassis and body for Brown Township. The estimated cost of said equipment is $400,000. The Board will consider repayment of the loan over a three (3) year period from the Fire Equipment Bond Fund.
If the Township Board finds that a need for the loan does exist, a special order will be adopted, and taxpayers further notified by legal publication.

Notice to Taxpayers
To approve the township Capital Improvement Plan
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Jefferson Township in Morgan County, Indiana, that the Township Board of Jefferson Township will meet on Sept. 8, 2026, at 112 S. Old St. Rd. 67, Martinsville, Ind., at 4 p.m. to consider the adoption of the township’s Capital Improvement Plan.
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to comment. The Capital Improvement Plan as adopted will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Clay Township of Morgan County is seeking bids to cut down two trees and clean up all tree limbs on the property. The property is located at the corner of Rob Hill and Beech Grove Road. The trees are in Rob Hill Cemetery and are marked with yellow string. Bid forms can be picked up at Clay Township Trustee office at 3411 East Centerton Road, Mooresville, IN 46158. Any questions you can call the Trustee, William Mitchell at 317-441-5539 or Secretary Lexie Burns at 717-368-4002. All bids are due by September 16th, 2026. The winning bid will be announced at the Clay Township Advertisement of 2027 Budget meeting on September 20th, 2026, at Brooklyn Christian Church, 7 South Church Street, Brooklyn, IN 46111 at 7:00pm.
