NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Monroe-Gregg School District has preliminarily determined to enter into a lease agreement and issue bonds in one or more series of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $8,950,000 to fund the refinancing of the Monroe-Gregg Grade School Building’s Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2016B.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that the Morgan County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Morgan County Administration Building located at 180 S. Main Street, Martinsville, Indiana to consider the two minor plat petitions of MIP-26-06 and MIP-26-07.
These petitions, submitted by Glen Shake on behalf of Legacy Land Solutions, LLC seek approval for MIP-26-06, a 6-lot residential minor plat with frontage on Banta Road and MIP-26-07, a 6-lot residential minor plat with frontage on New Harmony Road. The subject properties are located side by side in the northwest corner of the intersection of New Harmony and Banta Roads in Green Township, Morgan County, Indiana. The properties are more particularly described as follows:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Monrovia Community Park Trail Construction
The Town of Monrovia Parks & Recreation Department is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new ADA-compliant walking trail at Monrovia Community Park, located at 260 Pray Street, Monrovia, Indiana.
Project Overview
The project includes construction of an approximately 1,957-foot-long, 6-foot-wide walking trail, including:
- A perimeter trail loop
- Connections to existing paths, playground, and shelter house
The trail will include 6 inches of compacted aggregate base with 3 inches of hot mix asphalt, along with grading, drainage, erosion control, and site restoration.

Late proposals will not be accepted.
