NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner’s consent) of the property commonly described as the address of 214 Bishop St., Mooresville, Indiana 46158, and legally described by the attached legal description filed a petition before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals, which petition requests a variance of use for the said property in order to replace the old garage into a small guest house in the backyard of my property.
The petition file #26-172, will come for a hearing at 6 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 E. Harris St. Mooresville, Indiana 46158 on Sept. 17, 2026.

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Madison Township in Morgan County, Indiana that the Advisory Board of Madison Township will meet on September 21, 2026, at 7047 E. Landersdale Road, Camby, IN 46113 at 7:00 P.M. to consider the adoption of the township Capital Improvement Plan.
