Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Monrovia Board of Zoning and Appeals, at the Monrovia Government Center, 60 S. Marley Way, Monrovia, Indiana, on Monday, OCT 19th at 6:30 p.m. to consider the application of: MARK GILKERSON for a USE VARIANCE located at: W. WASHINGTON ST. Section 12 Township 13, Range 1. Interested parties may appear and be heard at this public hearing.
A copy of this application, legal description, and all plans pertaining to this proposed use are on file and available for examination prior to the public hearing. This can be viewed in the Office of the Plan Commission at the Monrovia Government Center located at 60 S. Marley Way, Monrovia, Indiana 46157 during hours 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
Written objections to a proposal may be filed with the Plan Administrator within ten (10) days after the receipt of this public notice at the above address and such objections will be considered.

Notice to Taxpayers
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Martinsville Civil City, Morgan County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider Salary Ordinance 2026-1925 at the Council Chambers, City Hall (59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, IN 46151) at 6:00 o’clock p.m., on the 14th day of October 2026 at the Park Board Meeting. Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard.
