NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 6-1.1-20-5, notice is hereby given that the Board of School Trustees of the Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation has preliminarily determined to enter into an amendment to lease and issue bonds in one or more series of bonds in the aggregate principal amount of $5,500,000 to fund the refinancing of the Mooresville Consolidated School Building Corporation’s Ad Valorem Property Tax First Mortgage Bonds, Series 2019.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Morgan County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for:
2026 Morgan County Fall Local Paving Project
Scope of work: Bituminous asphalt resurfacing and related construction of approximately 10 miles of various roads in Morgan County as more fully set forth in the Contact Documents. The roads are split into different groups based on geographical location. A separate award for each group will be made based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid for each group. Each group has a individually set completion date. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractors shall comply with all requirements of IC-5-16-13.

PROJECT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Martinsville, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the Upper Legendary Hills Lift Station Improvements Project, located in the City of Martinsville, Morgan County, Indiana. Bids may be delivered by mail, courier service, or in person. Bids received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Following the public opening, bids will be taken under advisement for review by the Owner and Engineer.
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
- Installation of two new submersible pumps, pump bases, guide rails, stainless-steel hardware, and supports.
- Installation of a pressure gauge on the discharge side of the pumps in an accessible location.
- Replacement of the existing 4-inch ductile iron pump discharge line within the wet well.
- Replacement of the existing lift station access hatch.
- Required electrical work and controls for the new pump connections.
- Erosion-control measures and restoration of the project site upon completion.
BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Complete bidding documents may be viewed or obtained in hard-copy form at Martinsville City Hall, 59 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, Indiana. Electronic bidding documents are available by request at mdunn@martinsville.in.gov.
BID REQUIREMENTS
- Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the project title and the bidder’s name and address.
- Bids must be completed on the forms included in the Contract Documents and include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013).
- For projects of $150,000 or more, the bidder must submit a written employee drug-testing program complying with IC 4-13-18-5 and IC 4-13-18-6.
- No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled bid-closing time.
- The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid or combination of bids, and waive informalities in bidding.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
Monroe-Gregg School District is requesting bids for the rental of farm ground located directly east of the Monrovia High School football field described as follows:
Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 13 North, Range 1 West, Morgan County, Indiana, being an original description of a 20.000 acre parcel, as prepared by John J. Larrison, Indiana Professional Surveyor Number 20000230 (Holloway Engineering Job Number 119007) described as follows:
Commencing at a 4-inch iron pin, with cap engraved “Morgan County Surveyor”, set over a stone which, per county records, marks the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the above captioned Section 12; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds West(bearing of the north line of the Southeast Quarter, based upon Indiana State Plane, West Zone, Coordinate System N.A.D. 1983), with said north line, 2197.37 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Eng. – Firm 46′′ in the county road, and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence South no degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds East, parallel with the east line of the Southeast Quarter, 1557.60 feet to an iron pin with cap engraved “Holloway Engr. Firm 46”; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds West, into the above captioned East Half of the Southwest Quarter, 559.38 feet to an iron pin with cap engraved “Holloway Engr. Firm 46“; thence North no degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds West, 1557.60 feet to an iron survey nail with washer engraved “Holloway Engr. Firm 46′′ on the north line of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter and in the county road; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, with said north line and in the county road, 129.82 feet to an iron spike which marks the accepted northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds East, with the north line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and in the county road, 429.63 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 20.000 acres, more or less.
The bid proposal should be in a lump sum amount to rent the 20 acre parcel for farming purposes only for the crop year of 2027.

Bids will be opened on October 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Superintendent Office of Monroe-Gregg School District located at 135 S. Chestnut Street, Monrovia, IN 46157.
The rent shall be due and payable on October 30, 2026.
Cashier’s checks for the rental payment should be made payable to Monroe-Gregg School District.
The bid will be awarded to the successful bidder at the Monroe- Gregg School District school board meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
