NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to inform you that the Morgan County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Morgan County Administration Building located at 180 S. Main Street, Martinsville, Indiana to consider a petition submitted by Nathanael Ralph.
Petition D-25-20 is a development standard variance request to build an accessory structure with a four-foot side yard setback from the west property line. The subject property is located at 787 W. Bunker Hill Road in Monroe Township, Morgan County, Indiana and is more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana.
Interested persons desiring to present their views regarding this request will be provided an opportunity at the above-mentioned time and place. Information regarding this petition can be examined at the Morgan County Planning Department, 180 S. Main Street, Suite 204, Martinsville, Indiana during regular business hours. The Eminence Community Schools Board of School Trustees will hold a public hearing to discuss and hear objections to and support for proposed amendments to the Superintendent contract on the date and at the time and location stated above. A summary of the proposed contract amendments are as follows:

- Contract Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028

- Base Salary and Stipend Bonuses:

- Effective January 1, 2026, base salary will be $95,000. If the Superintendent is evaluated as highly effective for the 2025-2026 school year, then the Superintendent will receive a one-time stipend bonus of $3,000 paid in December of 2026.
- In the calendar year 2027, the Superintendent will receive a base salary increase of $10,000 if enrollment increases by 5% or more from the February 2026 enrollment count date to the February 2027 enrollment count date. The base salary increase if achieved would be paid effective retroactively to January 1, 2027. The Superintendent will be paid an additional $2,000 one-time stipend bonus in calendar year 2027 if enrollment increases by 10% or more between the February 2026 enrollment count date to the February 2027 enrollment count date.
- In the calendar year 2028, the Superintendent will receive a base salary increase of $5,000 if enrollment increases by 5% or more from the February 2027 count date to the February 2028 count date. The Superintendent will be paid an additional $2,000 one time stipend bonus in calendar year 2028 if enrollment increases by 10% or more between the February 2027 count date to the February 2028 count date.
