NOTICE OF DETERMINATION TO ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2026

 

Taxpayers of the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville (the “School Corporation”), are hereby notified that the School Corporation has determined to issue its General Obligation Bonds, Series 2026 (the “Bonds”) in accordance with Indiana Code 20-48-1-1, as amended, in the amount of not to exceed $12,575,000 for the purpose of providing funds for improving school property.  This notice is provided in accordance with Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-5.

Public Notice of Petroleum Release, Spill or Overfill

 

  • Local health departments are required by statute (IC 13-23-16) to inform the public of the discovery of released regulated substances at an underground storage tank site or aboveground storage tank, in the surrounding area or a spill  or overfill. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) was  notified on March 30, 2026, of such an incident from the owner or operator of the  Fraber Foods facility located at 309 West Union Street in or near Paragon, IN in  Morgan County.
