Notice is hereby given that I have, as the owner (or with the owner’s consent) of the property commonly described as the address of North Town Center Road, Mooresville, IN 46158, and legally described by the attached legal description, have filed a petition before the Town of Mooresville Plan Commission, which petition requests a Zone Map Change included for the said property in order to request a Zone Map Change from PUD-C to R-3. This petition, File # 26171, will come for hearing at 6:30pm at the Mooresville Town Hall, 4 E. Harrison St., Mooresville, IN, on August 13, 2026.
