NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE TAXPAYERS OF MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA, THAT THE MORGAN COUNTY COUNCIL AT THEIR REGULAR MEETING PLACE AT 6:30 P.M. MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2026 WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN EXCESS OF THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2026. MONROE TOWNSHIP EMS STATIONS FUND (4801) $107,202.74, 4801.44050.00000.0000.
TAXPAYERS APPEARING AT THE MEETING SHALL HAVE A RIGHT TO BE HEARD. APPROPRIATIONS, AS FINALLY MADE WILL BE REFERRED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCE. NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Board of Education of The Mooresville Consolidated School Corporation, Morgan County of Indiana, at the Education Center, 11 W. Carlisle St., Mooresville, IN 46158, until 3 p.m. EST Friday, March 1, 2024, for furnishing to said school corporation for Before and After School Latchkey program at five elementary schools (Neil Armstrong, Newby Memorial, Northwood, North Madison and Waverly) as described in IC 20-26-5-3.
Bids will be for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years and the summers of 2025 and 2026.
Bids should include a description of the proposed hours of operation, the type of programming which will be available, a fee schedule for program participants, and proof of the entity’s liability insurance coverage. After the date and hour stated for the receipt of bids, all bids will be opened and comparisons will be done of all factors.
The Board of Trustees and/or its designee(s) shall be the judge of the proposals offered.

Public Notice
The Morgan County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) hereby notifies the public that in conformity with the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act (SARA), it is making available to the public the following information. The LEPC will hold its quarterly meetings for the year 2026 at the following sites within Morgan County on the following dates:
February 11, 2026 – Martinsville Fire Department, 160 W. Morgan Street, Martinsville, Indiana 46151
May 13, 2026 – Brown Township Fire Department, 471 Samuel Moore Parkway, Mooresville, Indiana 46158
August 12, 2026 – Morgantown Fire Department, 269 Highland Street, Morgantown, Indiana 46160
October 7, 2026 – Martinsville Fire Department, 160 W. Morgan Street, Martinsville, Indiana 46151
All meetings are to be convened at 6 p.m., and at other such times and places as duly authorized by the act of the Committee or its Chairperson. There will also be a virtual option for attendance. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
The Morgan County Emergency Plan for Hazardous Materials Incidents, and all information pertaining to covered SARA Title III facilities in Morgan County may be reviewed by e-mailing becky@mocolepc.com. A fee for copying documents may be charged.

UPPER WILDWOOD SHORES CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Upper Wildwood Shores Conservancy District (“Annual Meeting”); will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Madison Township Fire Department, 7047 East Landersdale Road, Camby, Indiana, 46113. The 2026 Annual Meeting of Upper Wildwood Shores Conservancy District will be held for the purpose of discussing the past year’s operations. In addition, there is an opening on the Board for Director of Area 1. At this time there is no nominee to fill this vacancy.
